Inferno Hot Pilates is a high-intensity, low-impact class rooted in Pilates principles, featuring continuous, beat-driven movement using weights and resistance bands in a heated environment (95°–105°) to challenge strength, stamina, and focus.
VIVO: STRENGTH
A heated (95–100°) strength class focused on full-body strength, control, and stability. Strong sequences and intentional movement create a challenging yet grounded experience.

A heated (95–100°) sculpt class focused on low-impact, high-repetition movements designed to tone, strengthen, and fatigue the muscles. Expect small, controlled movements, light weights, and an intentional burn from start to finish.
